Customers can change their personal information from their account page. For deletion, please use the "Inquiry" form.
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards are accepted. We also accept PayPal.
Click on the "Inquiry" button to change your order, change your address or cancel your order. We will contact the customer regarding any changes. *Changes will only be accepted within 24 hours of the order.
HKD, SDG, NTD, CNH, USD and EUR are accepted.
Shipment and delivery
It depends on the area of delivery, weight of the product, etc. The EMS fee schedule will be applied.
EMS fee
Note, this price does not include any tax or tariffs. That will be borne by the customer.
It will be shipped within 3 business days after your order is confirmed.
For Asia. Delivery takes about 7 days after order.
For Europe. Delivery takes about 10 days after order.
Delivery may take longer due to weather and social conditions.
It is delivered by EMS, an international postal service.
Tracking information will be provided in the delivery email. If you click on the link, it will take you to the shipping company's page. The tracking information will be available 24 hours after you receive the delivery email.
Post-sale warranty
Please take a photo of the damages on the products or the package and send it to us via the "Inquiry" page. After we assess the situation, we will re-deliver or refund the fees.
We will pay for all fees associated with any returns, and ship your products again for free.
However, to make sure we send the correct products, we will contact the customer to confirm further details.
